And if your journey takes you across the border then our Journey International may be for you. We purchase onward bus ticket to Panama or Nicaragua then either send it to you or have it here when you arrive.

  • By Bus  - We will pick you up at the airport, take you to a local bus stop and get you on your bus. Time permitting, we can take you by a bank, the market and/or to a Tico restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious Costa Rican meal before starting your journey. With our purchasing your ticket in advance your seat is reserved and, in most cases, you avoid going into San Jose to begin your travel.

    • Our HomeBase is your best option if you arrive too late for your bus or if you simply want a good night's sleep before continuing your travel. We work with a variety of local hotels allowing us to provide you with various lodging options for the night.  Then we will pick you up the next morning and get you on the your bus. And with a HomeBase we include your last's night stay and take you to the airport in time for your flight.

    • The Waiting Room is a great decision for bus travelers arriving in the morning and who don't want to sit around a bus station waiting for an afternoon bus. In opting for The Waiting Room we take you to a local hotel where you can get some sleep and shower then we take you to lunch before getting you on your way.

    • Delivery to Alajuela hotels. If you are staying in an Alajuela area hotel we can purchase your ticket and have it delivered to your hotel. In having a ticket purchased in advance you will have a seat on the bus.

  • By Shuttle - We pick you up when you arrive, provide you with lodging for the night and then take you to your Interbus shuttle the next morning. Interbus will take you to the door of your hotel.

  • By Private Transfer - Opting for a Private Transfer is the fastest, most relaxing and enjoyable way of getting from the airport to your Costa Rica destination. We meet upon arrival and have you on the road in a matter of minutes.
